Why We Don't Offer Refunds
The Ultimate Tax Agent is a live cohort-based course with limited seats. Enrolling reserves your spot and secures instructor time and course resources for you, which is why we're unable to offer refunds once you've enrolled.

If We Cancel a Cohort
In the rare event that JustTax USA cancels a scheduled course cohort, enrolled students will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to the next available cohort, at their choice.

If you have a concern about your enrollment or believe a charge was made in error, please contact us directly first at the email below — we're glad to help resolve issues before any chargeback or dispute is filed with your bank or card issuer.
